• Frank participated in Varsity Football, Varsity Basketball and Varsity Lacrosse for three years while at Germantown Academy.
• Frank was Captain of the Football Team and Basketball Team in 1973 and was Captain of the Lacrosse Team for 1972 and 1973.
• In 1972 and 1973 Frank was named to the All Inter-Ac League Teams for Football and Lacrosse.
• Frank received the Bernie Dallas Award and the Geiss Award for Football.
• He was named to the Football First All Decade Inter-Ac Team for the 1970’s and the Second All-State Football Team for 1973.
• In 1972 Frank was named to the All City First Team for Football.
• In Lacrosse Frank was named to the 1972 All State Lacrosse Team.
• Frank was named to the Montgomery County Dream Team of 1973 for overall athletic ability.
• Frank attended the University of Delaware and played Varsity Football for three years.
• While at the University of Delaware, Frank was the All ECAC Player of the week.
• Frank coached Varsity Football and Lacrosse at Germantown Academy in 1979 and 1980.
